GRWG SWx Sub-group Membership
Adding Janet Machol, Paul Loto'aniu, Dimitrios Vassiliadis from NOAA, because we would like to expand cross-calibration activity to other instruments (solar irradiance, magnetic fields) and orbits (L1).
Any update or correction? None stated.
If you wish to invite new members, please let us know.

Nagatsuma-san will give summary talk on SWx on March 21 - provide him topics to discuss
Cong Huang clarified that he is not a member of the local committee
M. Bali: looking forward for all to participate in the meeting. Immense progress in SWx subgroup - would like to learn how we can facilitate its work. Information on GSICS Wiki regarding in-person attendance.
At present, no one will be attending in person; the SWx session will be all remote.
Presentation list:
CMA: Cong Huang: talk on prelaunch test results on auroral camera onboard FY-3H satellite in 2025
ESA: H. Evans: will not be able to join in person. Still need to discuss whether will talk. I. Sandberg: has material, ESA needs to discuss what is best for this meeting. In US meeting, gave talk on electron belt measurements. Perhaps will talk on proton measurements? Will respond next week.
Nagatsuma-san has asked JAXA colleagues to give talk on Arase, no confirmation yet.
KMA: not represented at this meeting. Nagatsuma-san will check by email.
NICT: will give a presentation on application using multiple satellite data
NOAA: two presentations on GOES-19 calibrations
Nagatsuma-san will ask ISRO to give presentation on Aditya-L1
There is time for discussion during the breakout session after the presentations.
I. Sandberg: how long are the expected presentations? Is it possible to pre-record talk (due to time zone issues). Nagatsuma-san will inform on duration (perhaps 20 minutes, depends on numer of presentations), will check about recording.
A. Boudouridis asked that NOAA give first two talks of the breakout session due to local time of session start (11:30pm).
Action Items
1. Work plan wording to define GSICS deliverables - ongoing - H. Evans working on it. He will give some feedback next week.
3.1 Data level definitions from institutions - close. Nagatsuma-san needs to prepare summary, will present at next subgroup meeting (right after breakout)
3.2 proposing application produced from multiple satellite data - ongoing
7.2 common code base - PRBEM gitlab - ongoing. Wishes to coordinate meeting with PRBEM to discuss this. Piers: wished to have a splinter at another PRBEM meeting. Arrange an online meeting in the short term to discuss this. Let Piers know if you would like to be included: Nagatsuma-san, Evans, Vassiliadis, Rodriguez. On PRBEM side, it is Paul O'Brien, Antoine Brunet, Yoshi Miyoshi, Yuri Shprits, Yihua Zheng.
9. After COSPAR/PRBEM resolution is endorsed (we will ask chair of PRBEM, Miyoshi-san), the members of SWx sub-group will discuss how to update PRBEM data analysis procedure with COSPAR/PRBEM members. -> Pending. Has been submitted, no feedback yet from COSPAR bureau.
P. Jiggens: will send email to COSPAR, two items are (1) use of Gitlab and (2) data analysis procedure.
