GSICS Annual Meeting Preparatory Meeting

This year the GSICS Annual Meeting would be a web affair and would be held next month . Prior to the main annual meeting we intent to hold a preparatory meeting to plan the final annual meeting.

Sessions that would be held in the final GSICS Annual meeting have to be held via web.

We have a zoho spreadsheet that we can use as a reference and will help us go over sessions and subsession here

We propose the following topics on the agenda of the preparatory meeting. Please give your thoughts

• Decision on plenary agenda including
• State of Observing System report
• Decision on Users Workshop ( this year or next)
• A review of the Annual meeting agenda ( here )
• Decision on Agency reports, Group and Subgroup reports
• Chairship of sessions.
• Status of Actions from CGMS as well as GSICS-EP, topics to discuss to report EP...
• Review of Actions
• Decision on date for each sub-group
