Summary

It was decided to postpone the GSICS Working Groups' meeting planned for 16-20 March 2020, until a later date (TBC), given the current nCoV virus situation, which prevents CMA delegates from attending (including the GRWG Chair).

Candidate dates include the weeks starting 17 August or 14 September 2020, although Tim explained this is typically a difficult time for travel for EUMETSAT participants.
June was felt to be too soon to ensure a return to normality.

Outcome

A.GWG.202002.11.1: Dohyeong Kim to circulate announcement that the meeting is postponed - including the explanation.

A.GWG.202002.11.2: Dohyeong Kim and Scott Hu to decide new dates, location and format for the meeting - by 1 March 2020.

A.GWG.202002.11.3: Session chairs to propose web meeting arrangements for the week 16-20 March 2020.
