2. Tim Hewison (EUMETSAT) - Dynamic range v spatial resolution and Top Hat v Real Spectral Responses
   

   Niels refered to 2023 ITSC Poster by David Duncan comparing Top Hat and real SRFs: https://itwg.ssec.wisc.edu/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/2p.09.duncan_itsc22.pdf. ECMWF previously found no (positive) impact of using real SRFs instead of Top Hat functions. Niels suggest that the bias correction scheme may be compensating for the errors.

3. Katherine Wentz (RSS) - Absolute Intercalibration of Spaceborne Microwave Radiometers, focusing on vicarious methods using open ocean and rainforests
