Preparatory Meeting Minutes

Chang Liu (liuc (AT) cma.gov.cn) gave a presentation on the logistics.

• • The meeting would be hybrid
  • An excursion is planned on 21 March 2025
  • Pickup and drop from Hotel to Venu would be provided

Bojan and Simon Elliott requested to move the GDWG breakout session from Wed.19 March morning to Thu. 20 March morning (to allow them to attend)
this needs a swap with VISNIR (part 2 session) or with the MW session.

Larry provided suggestions for topics on each session.
